We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We make use of a 3rd party delivery service/s, and will usually deliver within 2-3 working days throughout South Africa. Should you require faster delivery, kindly make a note in the space provided on the checkout page when placing your order and we will make contact for arrangements.
When you qualify for free shipping as part of a promotion, we will use a standard service from one of our delivery partners (2-5 day delivery).
We can also supply you with the tracking number should you require to track your delivery - kindly request by reply on your order confirmation.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items delivered broken must be reported as soon as possible (preferably when delivery is taking place) so that you can decline the delivery). Alternatively, contact us with the details and we'll make the required arrangements.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
