How do I pay?

Once you’ve placed an order, we will send you an invoice for payment via EFT or bank deposit. Card payments will be accepted soon.

Why are some items only available in Minimum Order Quantities?
Our collection includes products designed for the wholesale market (ie. shops) that require a display stand, or minimum quantity to get the full variety within a product’s range. We do not break up these sets for sale separately.

Why are some item not in stock?
Our items are very popular, and stock-outs occur regularly - we try to anticipate market demand but sometimes a single big order can affect our availability. We re-stock regularly, so  the item should be available soon again.

How will my order be shipped? Can I pick-up?
We use various couriers to deliver within 2-4 days throughout South Africa. We distribute from our warehouse in Pretoria East, pick-ups are possible BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY

How do I become a Tassels & Treasures retailer/stockist?
You can apply for a wholesale account by emailing us to receive the relevant documentation request. Minimum spend applies.

What type of products do you sell?
We offer one of the industry’s largest selections of home décor, outdoor living & garden, seasonal, licensed brands, jewellery, stationery and accessories and giftware products.

Do you sell your products directly to the public?
Yes, personal orders are welcome on the website www.tassels.co.za

Which stores carry your products?
Our collection is carried in thousands of stores throughout South Africa with select collections available internationally. Because of the large number of stores carrying Tassels & Treasures products, it is difficult for us to tell you which stores in your area carry any of our thousands of products. We invite you to search online for our products as many of our retailers offer them on their websites. 

Where can I return one of your products I purchased or received as a gift? 
Products purchased or received as a gift should be returned to the store from which it was purchased. Returns and exchanges are subject to the store’s unique returns and exchange policy. Orders from the website should follow the returns process as per the “Returns” linked page.

Does Tassels & Treasures have a showroom?
No, but we will make our offices available by special request to see a selection of items. Our collection is exhibited at SARCDA in March and August at Gallagher Estate, Midrand. We encourage experiencing the range at these shows, as we are constantly adding new products. If you aren't able to visit, please refer to 
www.tassels.com for the most up to date range  

How are your products tested?
Our producers have a stringent Quality Control processes to certify governmental compliance and also maintain records of production runs and tests. 

Can I use my own courier?
Yes, you are welcome to arrange for the collection of goods at our distribution centre once we have confirmed that your order is ready, and we have received payment,
 BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY.

Can my account have multiple shipping locations?
Yes. We have a “Bill To” account code to which all invoices will be sent. We also have the option for multiple “Ship To” locations, providing you with complete control to where you want your merchandise shipped. Reply to your order with detailed instructions and we will gladly assist in distribution.
